Our experience has taught us that each business has specific maintenance requirements. Each month you will receive a questionnaire asking you to evaluate the quality of service you are currently receiving. A customer service representative will review your response carefully and get back to you promptly with solutions and recommendations for improved service. An online Quality Control Questionnaire is also available so that you can easily provide feedback on the level of service you are receiving.
A regularly maintained "Communications Log" will be provided so you can communicate directly with the assigned janitorial supervisor. Simply enter your request in the log and you will receive a prompt, written response.

Entrance and Reception Areas - We realize that first impressions are vital to every company's image. We know how to achieve that aura of crisp, efficient cleanliness - we make it a reality.
Clean Rooms, Laboratories, Examination Rooms- these rooms require specially trained staff. Our staff is not only well trained in the proper maintenance of these areas, but is aware of and responsive to specific areas of concern.
Flooring - Our experienced staff is carefully trained in the proper care and latest maintenance techniques of vinyl and ceramic tile, marble, granite, and the full range of carpeting. Our staff is also expert in both daily maintenance and the more specialized services such as carpet cleaning and the stripping, sealing and waxing of tile.
General Dusting - To ensure maximum cleanliness, dusting of specific areas is carefully outlined on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule. Special attention is always given to finger marks, desk tops, water fountains, air grills and glass partitions.
