The spaces throughout the Bay Area for which for which we provide contract custodial and janitorial services include:

- Retail businesses, including car dealerships, clothing stores, restaurants, and cafes
- Medical and biotechnology offices, laboratories and clean rooms
- High-tech hardware and software companies
- Banks and financial institutions
Each program for each client is tailored to their specific requirements. We don’t do generic.
Each client gets full quality control: through a Communication Log (PDF/29KB) that gives direct feedback to the assigned janitor, and from periodic inspection visits by the site supervisor.
Plus, personnel are available on an on-call basis when a special need or problem comes up.
